| Purpose: PURPOSE: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority. These matters may include discussion of and possible action to approve the following: Approval of the minutes of the Authoritys Board meeting held on September 29, 2026; Discussion and/or Approval of the following design projects: 1) CL-1-30 Phase 2 Corridor L Ramp A & D Toll Plaza Removal and Open Road Tolling Implementation and 2) TG-1-28 Mainline Open Road Tolling Test Gantry; Discussion and/or Approval of the following purchase(s): 1) Abrams & Byron Legal Services, Beckley, WV and 2) Bowles Rice LLP Legal Services, Charleston, WV; Presentation, Discussion and/or Approval of the following: 1) WVPAs Audited Financial Statements for Years Ended June 30, 2026, and 2025 and the Report to the Board dated October 15, 2026; Discussion and/or approval of the following contracts: 1) Contract 1C-26 - Change Order Culvert Retrofit at various locations along the WV Turnpike, 2) Contract TC-1-27 Tree and Brush Cutting at Various Locations along the WV Turnpike, and 3) Contract BR-1-26 Supplemental #1 - Ramp Rehabilitation, and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three (3) days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote. |
