| Purpose: This meeting is being held pursuant to WV Code 11-6-11. The primary purpose is to formally receive for review the tentative tax assessments for public utilities that were prepared by the State Tax Department. The Board may also consider property transfers and any other item that may be properly presented. A detailed agenda will be available in the Secretary of State's office prior to the meeting. |
