| Purpose: I. CALL TO ORDER; II. POTENTIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER AUTHORITY IN WEST VIRGINIA CODE SECTION 6-9A-4 (b)(9) and (b)(12) to discuss potential strategic initiatives relating to strategic priorities for the University, real estate interests and other related deliberative matters involving commercial competition which, if made public, might adversely affect the financial or other interest of the University; III. DISCUSSION EMANATING FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote on potential real estate matter as discussed in executive session; IV. APPROVAL OF COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS FOR THE UPCOMING YEAR; and V.
