| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority. These matters may include discussion of and possible action to approve the following: Approval of the minutes of the Authoritys Board meeting held on July 28, 2026; Presentation, Discussion and/or Approval of the following: 1) WVPA Annual Investment Report dated June 30, 2026; Discussion and/or approval of the following contracts: 1) BWS-1-26 Change Order Bridge Wearing Surface Bridges 3017N (Mile 28.93), 3038S (Mile 46.89), and 3076N (Mile 89.44) of the WV Turnpike; 2) GR-1-27 On-Call Guardrail Services; and 3) BFR-1-25 Year 3 Bridge & Facility Retrofit Contract Mile 9 to 95 in Mercer, Raleigh, Fayette, and Kanawha Counties, WV, and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three (3) days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote. |
