| Purpose: Election of a chairman and a vice-chairman of the Commission for Fiscal Year 2026. Approval of the Directors recommendation to impose two 100% civil penalties in the amounts of $13,220.21 and $8,931.05, against limited video lottery retailer Eruptions LLC for the first and second non-sufficient funds (NSFs) in twelve consecutive months, third and fourth NSF (third and fourth willful) in a five-year period. Approval of the reallocation of $1,710,729.22 for expenses related to the purchase of the video lottery central management system. Request to approve the transfer of up to $8.5 million from the Lotterys Racetrack Video Lottery administrative fees to comply with W.V. Code §29-22A-10(b)(1). Presentation of auditor communications regarding the annual financial audit for fiscal year 2026. Approval of requests for removal from the statewide exclusion list. Approval of Games Global USA Inc.s request to utilize a Content Delivery Network (CDN) as part of their Remote Gaming System (RGS). Approval of hardware and software of licensed or permitted video lottery terminal manufacturers. |
