| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority. These matters may include discussion of and possible action to approve the following: Approval of the minutes of the Authoritys Board meeting held on June 30, 2026; Nomination and Election of Board Officers for the following positions: 1) Vice-Chairman and 2) Secretary; Discussion and/or Approval of the following purchases: 1) WVPA Uniform Contract; 2) Tandem Truck Beds; 3) Roadway Salt (Sodium Chloride) for the WV Parkways Authority; and 4) Transponders for the WV Parkways Authority; Discussion and/or Approval/Ratification of the following: 1) WVPA Workers Compensation Policy Quote; Discussion and/or approval of the following contracts: 1) RAR-1-25 Supplemental Agreement #1, and 2) BDR-1-27 Bridge Deck Replacement Bridges 3004S, 3005S, 3005N and 3003N (Mile 13.73 and 13.79) of the WV Turnpike; and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three (3) days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote. |
