Va. Code R. §179-10-5.6.10 and W. Va. Sports and Interactive Wagering Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) Section 1.23 1. a. Approval of the Directors recommendation to impose a civil penalty in the amount of $14,000.00 upon Management Service Provider (MSP) BetMGM, LLC for violation of W. Va. Sports and Interactive Wagering Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) Section 1.14 (15) (c). Approval of the Directors recommendation to impose a civil penalty in the amount of $30,000.00 upon Casino Licensee PNGI Charles Town Gaming, LLC, dba Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, for violation of W. Va. Table Games Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) 3.1. Approval of Hillside (West Virginias) LLC dba bet365s request to use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) as part of its Interactive Wagering Platform. Approval of Boyd Interactives request to use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) as part of its Interactive Wagering Platform. Approval of requests for removal from the statewide exclusion list. Approval of hardware and software of licensed or permitted video lottery terminal manufacturers. Approval to submit the amended West Virginia Limited Video Lottery Rule, 179CSR5, into the legislative rule-making process. |
