Amending the Bond Authorizing Resolutions of the West Virginia University Board of Governors for the financing of the bond issuance as previously discussed in executive session, Phases III and IV of the Modernization Plan and improvements to the Universitys steam facilities to add the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as an Authorized Officer.; b. Approval Relating to the Complete Design Phase for the Milan Puskar Stadium West Tower Project, c. Authorization for management to finalize a one-year contract extension with dining vendor, d. Amending Purchase Agreement for Old Main and adjacent land in Montgomery, WV, e. Sale of Real Property in Montgomery, WV, f. FY27 HEPC Supplemental Deferred Maintenance Grant, g. Approval of Undergraduate Program Review Recommendations, h. Approval of Graduate Program Review Recommendations, and i. Appointment to County Extension Committees; XII.
