POTENTIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER AUTHORITY IN WEST VIRGINIA CODE SECTION 6-9A-4(b)(9) and (b)(12) to discuss potential and deliberative strategic initiatives relating to academic priorities for the University; IV.DISCUSSION EMANATING FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF ANY); and V.
