| Purpose: Regular Board Meeting, to approve minutes from previous meeting; receive updates from Board Chair, College President, and committee chairs; receive updates on Fiscal Services, Academic Assessment Update and Board Policy updates on A-37, B-17, B-49, A-19 & F-28; Approval of three new programs: CAS AEMT, CAS Paramedic, and Micro-Credential Infant & Toddler, approve resolutions on Board Policies B-03, B-08, B-12 & B-54, possible Executive Session & possible approval of a resolution to utilize reserve funds.
