POTENTIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER AUTHORITY IN WEST VIRGINIA CODE SECTION 6-9A-4(b)(2)(A), (b)(9), and (b)(12) to discuss a confidential report on insurance claims and risk management, a legal update from the General Counsel, and a report from the Director of Internal Audit, which includes a summary of confidential audit investigations; 6. DISCUSSION EMANATING FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF ANY; and 7.
