| Purpose: PURPOSE: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority. These matters may include discussion of and possible action to approve the following: Approval of the minutes of the Authoritys Board meeting held on February 24, 2026. Discussion and/or Approval of the following: 1) Supplemental Agreement #1 for DS-147 TSS-1-26 (Toll System Support), 2) 1C-27 Culvert Retrofit Various Culverts along the Turnpike, and 3) TPP-1-27 Pavement Rehabilitation at Barrier A Full Depth Concrete Pavement Repairs, Subgrade Stabilization, and Milling of the Concrete Pavement Surface. Discussion and/or Approval of the following purchases: 1) One Long Arm Compact Excavator, 2) Repair Products for Roads and Bridges, and 3) Reflective Sign Sheeting. Discussion and/or Approval of the following: 1) Tamaracks Coffee Concept Transition and New Partnership. Discussion and/or approval of the following contracts: 1) HFST-1-26 High Friction Surface Treatment MP 74 NB, 62 NB, 35 SB, 21 NB & SB, and 16 NB, and 2) TPP-1-26 Toll Plaza Pavement Rehabilitation at Barrier B. Discussion and/or approval of the following Parkways Workplace Policies: 1) Fragrance Free Policy, 2) Telework Policy, and 3) Purchasing Policy Manual, and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three (3) days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote. |
