| Purpose: The primary purpose is the timely consideration and approval of property transfers. The Board may choose to go into executive session for discussion, which is protected by the attorney-client privilege, regarding a settlement proposal. The Board may also consider other business that is properly presented. A detailed agenda will be available in the Secretary of State's Office prior to the meeting. |
