POTENTIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER AUTHORITY IN WEST VIRGINIA CODE SECTIONS 6-9A-4 (b)(9) and (b)(12) to discuss confidential, preliminary, and deliberative matters relating to internal Board of Governors operations; 4. DISCUSSION EMANATING FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF ANY); and 5.
