| Purpose: The West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) will hold a public meeting and a public comment period to allow for public input on: The two-year modification to the Vocational Rehabilitation Portion of the WV Combined State Plan (effective dates 7/1/26-6/30/28) The reopening of Order of Selection Category 02 (individuals with significant disabilities) on 2/1/26 and the reopening of Order of Selection Category 03 (individuals with non-significant disabilities) on 5/1/26.
