| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority. These matters may include discussion of and possible action to approve the following: Approval of the minutes of the Authoritys Board meeting held on December 17, 2025. Discussion and/or Approval of the following: DMS-1-26 Digital Message Sign Replacements Various Locations along the WV Turnpike; Discussion and/or Approval of the following: 1) Minimum 250 Gallon Capacity Crack Sealer Unit, 2) One 10,000 LB Forklift, and 3) Change Order #17 Spare Parts, SICK Sensors and Components for Toll Upgrade; Discussion and/or approval of the following contracts: 1) BSR-2-26 Bridge Shotcrete Repairs Bridges 3045N (Mile 52.04), 3045S (Mile 52.04) and Bridges 3075N&S (Mile 86.57) of the Turnpike, 2) BP-2-26 Bridge Painting Bridges 3072N&S (Mile 81.90), 3081N&S (Mile 90.32), 3085N (Mile 94.20) and 3085S (Mile 94.20) of the Turnpike, and 3) BSR-1-26 - Request for Additional Funds for BSR-1-26 Temporary Right of Entry Agreement which will cover Railroad Flagging, and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three (3) days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote. |
