| Purpose: This meeting is being held pursuant to 11-6-11 and 11-8-8 of the WV Code. The main purpose is to set final assessments for public utility companies for tax year 2026. The Board will certify tax rates on each class of property and consider the approval of property transfers. The Board may consider any other business that is properly presented. A detailed agenda will be available in the Secretary of State's Office prior to the meeting. |
