| Purpose: Pursuant to WV Code 11-6-11, the Board will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a meeting. The primary purpose is to provide an opportunity for public utility companies to comment concerning tentative assessed values for tax year 2026. The Board will consider property transfers and may consider requests for relief from erroneous assessment and other items properly presented. A detailed agenda will be available in the Secretary of State's office prior to the meeting. |
