| Purpose: 1. CALL TO ORDER; II. APPROVAL OF JUNE 13, 2025 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES; III. REPORT FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER; IV. POTENTIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER AUTHORITY IN WEST VIRGINIA CODE SECTION 6-9A-46-9A-4(b)(2)(A), (b)(9), and (b)(12): To discuss a legal update from the General Counsel; a report from the Director of Internal Audit, which includes a summary of confidential audit investigations and a review of the Annual Internal Audit Report from FY25; V. DISCUSSION EMANATING FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF ANY); and VI.
