| Purpose: Approval of the Directors recommendation to impose a civil penalty against Limited Video Lottery retailer Bugsys Enterprises, LLC dba Blue Steel Grill for the first willful non-sufficient funds (NSF) in twelve consecutive months, third NSF (second willful) in a five-year period, for failing to remit funds due the Commission in a timely manner, in violation of W. Va. Code §29-22B-1407. Approval of the Directors recommendation to impose two civil penalties against Limited Video Lottery retailer Bugsys Enterprises, LLC dba Steel Valley Bowling Center for the first, second, and third willful nonsufficient funds (NSF) in twelve consecutive months; the second, third, and fourth willful NSF in a five-year period, for failing to remit funds due the Commission in a timely manner in violation of W. Va. Code §29- 22B-1407; and revoke the retailers Limited Video Lottery license and ten-year permits for Bugsys Enterprises, LLC, for three willful NSFs in twelve consecutive months, for retail location Steel Valley Bowling Center, a violation of 179CSR27. Approval of Evolution Malta Holding Limiteds acquisition of Galaxy Gaming, Inc. Approval of requests for removal from the statewide exclusion list. Approval of Wazdan WV LLCs request to utilize a Content Delivery Network (CDN) as part of their Interactive Wagering Remote Gaming System. Approval of hardware and software of licensed or permitted video lottery terminal manufacturers. |
