Recommendations for Approval of Amendments to BOG By-Laws; 10. Strategic Plans and Initiatives Committee Report; 11. Audit Committee Report; 12. Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for HR Rule on Annual Leave; 13. Information items, including: a. Promotion and Tenure Reports, b. Board Budget Process, c. Report of Real Property Transactions Third Quarter of FY 2025, and d. Presidential Search Timeline; 14. Consent Agenda Items, including, a. Renaming of Buildings, b. Renewed Authority to Transfer or Sell Buildings and Property located in Montgomery, WV, c. Authorization to Extend President Gees Term, d. Approval of Undergraduate Program Review Recommendations, e. Approval of Graduate Program Review Recommendations, f. Termination of the Master of Arts (MA) in Elementary Mathematics Specialist degree and the Certificate in Health Professions Education in the College of Applied Human Sciences, g. Termination of the Master of Science Journalism (MSJ) degree in Media Solutions and Innovation in the College of Creative Arts and Media, h. Approval of a new online MS degree in Artificial Intelligence in the Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources, i. Approval of a new MS degree in Human and Community Development in the Davis College of Agriculture and Resources, and j. Appointment to County Extension Committee; 15. Presidents Report; 16. Nominating Committee Report, including: a. Formal Recommendations and Election of BOG officers for July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026; 17. Approval of minutes for April 4, 2025 regular board meeting; 18. Acknowledgement of outgoing board members; 19. Potential Executive Session if needed; 20. Discussion Emanating from Executive Session if any; 21. The next planned Board of Governors meeting is scheduled for September 26, 2025; and 22.
