| Purpose: *This will serve as cancellation notice for the WV Parkways Authoritys Board meeting previously scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 10:30am, at Tamarack Market-place and Conference Center, One Tamarack Park, Beckley, WV 25801. The meeting may be rescheduled at a later date.* PURPOSE: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority. These matters may include discussion of and possible action to approve the following: Approval of the minutes of the Authoritys Board meeting held on April 28, 2025; Presentation, Discussion, Acceptance, and/or Approval of the following: 1) Parkways 2026 Draft Operating Budget; Discussion and/or approval of the following contracts: 1) MB-1-25 Median Barrier Replacement, 2) FD-1-25 Full Depth Concrete Repairs Various Locations on the Turnpike, 3) BFR-1-25 Year 2 Bridge and Facility Retrofit Contract from Mile 0 to 95 in Mercer, Raleigh, Fayette, and Kanawha Counties, WV, 4) BDR-3-24 Change Order for CSXT Railroad Flagging, and 5) TE-1-10 - TransCore Change Order No. 14, Supplemental Agreement No. 3 for Dispute Notice Functionality on the IVR; Discussion and/or approval of the following purchase: 1) Truck Utility Bodies (5), and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three (3) days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote. |
