| Purpose: This meeting is being held pursuant to WV Code 11-6-11 and 11-8-8. The primary purpose is to set final assessments for public utility companies for TY25; the Board will certify tax rates on each class of property and consider approval of property transfers. The Board may consider items held over from previous meetings and other business properly presented. A detailed agenda will be available in the Secretary of State's office prior to the meeting. |
