SECRETARY/TREASURERS REPORT: Norma Ritz, LEPC Secretary/Treasurer OLD BUISNESS: Wetzel County LEPC 2025 election results: Norma Ritz - Secretary/Treasurer, Stephen Griffith Vice Chairman, Jay Thomas Chairman. Wetzel County LEPC received the completed Commodity Flow Study from JH Consulting. This is the information reviewed by Jeff Harvey in our August meeting last year. Radio System Update - Steve Yoho HMPG Grant for the Barker Tower Steve Yoho PRESENTATIONS/ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any organization that would like to make a presentation. NEW BUISNESS: On Wednesday, December 18, 2024, Chairman Thomas submitted the 2024 EPCRA Baseline Requirements to the WV SERC for the Wetzel County LEPC. These requirements are updated and submitted yearly. On Tuesday, January 14, 2025, the WV State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) held an LEPC Workshop informing us of changes to the structure and requirements for LEPCs. As a result, there will be new requirements and a restructuring of the LEPC. An information packet will be put together for the next meeting for everyone to review. During the meeting it will be important for stakeholders including Elected Officials, Law Enforcement, Media, Business/Industry, Fire and EMS to attend. I will be reaching out to each of them prior to the meeting. TRAINING/EXERCISES: An Active Shooter exercise is scheduled for Shortline School on March 14, 2025. A tabletop exercise will be held on March 3, 2025, in preparation for the full-scale exercise. AGENCY REPORTS: Are there any Agencies who would like to make any reports to the Committee?
