| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority. These matters may include discussion of and possible action to approve the following: Approval of the minutes of the Authoritys Board meeting held on October 28, 2024; Discussion and possible approval for Consulting Engineers, HNTB, to design the following project: 1) TPS-1-26 Signing Renovation Replacement of all roadside and overhead signs in Section 2 (Mile 36.7 to 59.5) of the Turnpike; Discussion, recommendation, and possible approval of the following: 1) Presentation by Suttle & Stalnaker of the Parkways Authoritys Audited Financial Statements for Years Ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, and 2) WVPA Contract Renewal #2 for Merchant Services with Truist Bank beginning December 3, 2024 to December 3, 2025; Discussion and possible approval of the following contracts: 1) MTPD-1-25 Morton Travel Plaza Demolition at Mile 72 North; 2) BP-2-25 Bridge Painting - Bridges 3271 W at Mile 120.26, 3272 N at Mile 39.43, and 3273 N at Mile 39.61, and 3) BSR-2-25 Shotcrete Repair - Bridge 2144 N at Mile 94.5; Discussion and possible approval of the following purchases: 1) MFT-1-25 Morton Travel Plaza Fuel Tanks, and 2) Snowplow Blades (4), and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three (3) days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote. |
