Wesbanco, Inc., Wheeling, West Virginia to acquire Premier Financial Corp., an Ohio Bank Holding Company by merger and to merge its wholly owned subsidiary bank, Premier Bank, Youngstown, Ohio with and into its subsidiary bank, Wesbanco Bank, Inc. |
