| Purpose: This meeting is being held pursuant to WV Code 11-6-11. The primary purpose is to formally receive for review the tentative tax assessments for public utilities that have been prepared by the State Tax Department for tax year 2024. The Board will also consider transfers of property and any other item that may be properly presented. A detailed agenda will be available in the Secretary of State's office prior to the meeting. |
