The agenda is below AGENDA FOR 1-31-2023 TOWER ACCESS ASSISTANCE FUND REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING 1.Roll call and determination of whether a voting quorum is present. 2.Approval of minutes of previous meeting. October 25, 2022 No meeting in November 3. Financial report. 4.Media items, if any. 5- WTAAF matters dealt with by any TAAFRC member due to outside contact. 6. Status reports regarding uncompleted Projects which have received grant funds: TAF WETZEL 19A (WILEYVILLE) TAF FAYETTE 21A (VALLEY) . All studies are done including FAA. Haven't talked to Marion this week to what else is going on other than demo of the old site. Phillip Pack 11-15-2022 TAF HARDY 21A (LOST CITY) we have ordered the steel for the tower and am getting pricing for the SIRN equipment and the other equipment that I need for the tower. The road and pad are completed as well as the survey and they are also working on the environmental study and the frequencies that we need. Paul Lewis 1-11-2023 TAF NICHOLAS 21A (9-1-1) TAF CLAY 21A (CLAY) Mead & Hunt are a couple weeks away from having everything finalized on their end. The commission voted to accept Mercer County Menu bid with Premier Construction, and the tower has already been ordered from Allstate Tower(10-12 week lead time). Things seem to be moving right along, we expect to start breaking ground on the new road and construction site by March. We are kind of at the mercy of the weather at this point.
