| Purpose: The Finance and Audit Committee Approval of the Directors recommendation to impose a 100% civil penalty in the amount of $17,510.66 against limited video lottery retailer Eruptions LLC for the second non-sufficient funds (NSF) in twelve consecutive months, fifth NSF (fourth willful) in a five year period.
