| Purpose: 1. Call to Order; 2. Approval of minutes from the June 24, 2022, Joint Finance and Facilities and Revitalization/Strategic Plans and Initiatives Committee meeting; 3. Potential Executive Session, under authority in West Virginia Code §§ 6-9A-4(b)(2)(A), (b)(9), and (b)(12) to discuss: a. Potential strategic initiatives relating to academic, health sciences, and administrative priorities; personnel matters; corporate collaborations and financial matters relating to public private partnerships; matters relating to construction planning; and/or matters relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of property, or the investment of public funds and other deliberative and proprietary matters involving commercial competition which, if made public, might adversely affect the financial or other interest of the University; and, b. Confidential and preliminary matters involving or affecting the Universitys budget for the current and upcoming academic year, including retention and enrollment; 4. Possible discussion and/or action emanating from Executive Session if any; 5. Committee to Consider Recommending Full Board Review of Non-Academic Related Transformation; 6. Committee to Consider Recommending Full Board Approval: The West Virginia Higher Education Funding Formula: WVU Selected Weighted Criteria; 7. Committee to Consider Recommending Full Board Approval: Capital Projects Update and Approvals including Student Recreation Fields Turf Replacement, Chitwood Hall Renovation, Renaming of Buildings, Jacksons Mill Sewer and Water Improvements and Real Estate Transaction Research Park; 8. Committee to Consider Recommending Full Board Approval: Resolution Authorizing the Amendment of the Board of Governors existing Bond Indenture; 9. Committee to Consider Recommending Full Board Approval: Amending the Authorizing Resolution of the West Virginia University Board of Governors to increase the amount authorized for the financing of the design, acquisition, construction and equipping of certain capital improvements on the campuses of West Virginia University; and reimbursement of capital improvement costs incurred prior to expected issuance of financing bonds; 10. Written/Information Only Topics including Report of Real Property Transactions Fourth Quarter of FY 2022, and Board Approved Capital Projects Update; and 11.
