| Purpose: The purposes for which this meeting is being held and the agenda for the meeting will include the following items: 1. Call to Order. 2. Reading and Approval of Minutes of prior meeting(s) (if needed). 3. Election of Officers. 4. The Board of the Authority will consider and act upon a Resolution approving the extension of the bank holding period, the addition of a new bank rate and the amendment of certain other terms of the applicable bond purchase and loan agreement entered into in connection with (a) the Authoritys Hospital Revenue Bonds (Potomac Valley Hospital), 2015 Series A issued for the benefit of Potomac Valley Hospital of W. Va., Inc. and (b) the Authoritys Taxable Hospital Revenue Bond (St. Josephs Hospital of Buckhannon), 2015 Series A issued for the benefit of St. Josephs Hospital of Buckhannon, Inc. 5. Update and possible action on new office space for Authority in the Greenbrooke Building, 1124 Smith Street, Charleston, West Virginia. 6. Discussion of and possible action on retirement of Sarah B. Hamrick and filling of vacancy created by such retirement, including without limitation the hiring of a new employee to fill such vacancy. 7. Discussion of and possible action on budgetary matters. |
