SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority (the Authority) will conduct a special meeting on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 12:00 noon in the second-floor conference room in the West Virginia State Treasurers office located at 322 70th Street, SE, Charleston, West Virginia and by Microsoft Teams Meeting. The purposes for which this meeting is being held and the agenda for the meeting will include the following items:

1.Call to Order.

2.Reading and Approval of Minutes of prior meeting(s).

3.Election of Officers.

4.Discussion of and action on retirement of Sarah B. Hamrick and filling of vacancy created by such retirement.

5.Discussion of and action on new office space for Authority.

6.Discussion of and action on Performance Review performed by the West Virginia Legislature Performance Evaluation and Research Division including without limitation the recommendations set forth therein.

7.Discussion of and possible action on budgetary matters.

8.Discussion of any upcoming and/or pending bond issues of the Authority.
