D/B/A Rockwool to increase the authorized maximum aggregate principle amount of such bonds from $150,000,000 to $215,000,000 2. Resolution approving the negotiation, execution and delivery of a lease with an option to purchase between West Virginia Economic Development Authority and SEVA WV LLC relating to certain real property owned by West Virginia Economic Development Authority and located in Lincoln county, West Virginia, and Boone County, West Virginia, for purposes of a solar energy and economic development project To promote and protect the safety of both the public and the Authoritys staff in light of the COVID-19 pandemic public attendance will be virtual.
