| Purpose: The West Virginia Board of Education (WVBE) will meet in special session to consider: 1) a follow-up report from the State Superintendent regarding counties that have not complied with the WVBEs motion of January 13 and are not currently offering in-person learning options to all families, and 2) action in response to any failure to comply.
