Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the following current BOG Policies: BOG Policy 54 Rule on Identity Theft Detection and Prevention Program (proposed to be amended as Governance Rule 1.11 Information Technology Resources and Governance) and BOG Policy 57 Tobacco Free Policy (proposed to be amended as Finance and Administration Rule 5.6 Tobacco and Smoke Free Campus; 6. Committee Reports for December 14, 2018 Joint Finance and Facilities and Revitalization/Strategic Plans and Initiatives Committee Meeting; 7. Presidents Report; 8. Information Items (written only) including a. Performance Contracting Energy/Environmental Report FY 2018 and b. Confirmation of Previously Approved Naming Opportunity (John Chambers College of Business and Economics); 9. Consent Agenda (for Board Review and Action) including a. Approval of New Certificate: Graduate Certificate in Leadership, b. Approval of New Degree Program: PhD in Learning Sciences and Human Development, c. Acquisition of 66 Fort Avenue, Keyser, WV, d. Lease of Office Space, Event Space, and Storage in Charleston, WV, e. Amendment of Existing Lease of the former White Day Golf Course located in Marion County, WV, f. Performance Contracting Phase IIID, g. Milan Puskar Center Visiting Team Locker, and h. Approval of BOG Committees; 10. Plans for next regular meeting on February 8, 2019 in Morgantown; and 11.
