| Purpose: Pursuant to W.Va Code 6-9A-2(2) an emergency meeting of the WV Lottery Commission shall be held via teleconference on Thursday June 21, 2018, at 9am in order to approve the filing of emergency legislative rules related to sports betting. Further delay would result in a potential material loss as required by W.Va. Code 6-9A-2(2)(C), which makes the emergency meeting proper under the Open Meetings Act. |
