From here you can view information on West Virginia notaries as well as those who are Commissioners for West Virginia, who filed and were commissioned by the Secretary of State. Note: Commissioners commissioned under the new law that went into effect June 7, 2019 must maintain a WV residential address or must be employed by a WV resident employer.
