| Purpose: Approval for setting the video lottery promotional credit limit for the four racetracks and the Greenbrier Casino for the period of January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Approval for setting the table games complimentary chip limit for each of the four racetracks and the Greenbrier Casino for the period of January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Presentation of the SOC 1 Type 2 Report and the SOC 2 Type 2 Report on Neopollard Interactive LLC Gaming System for the fiscal year 2025. Approval of the Directors recommendation to impose a civil penalty upon Casino Licensee Cross Lanes Gaming & Entertainment, Inc., dba Mardi Gras Casino & Resort, for violation of W. Va. Code §29-22C-10(a)(8) and §29-22C-26(b). Approval of requests for removal from the WV Lottery statewide exclusion list. Approval of Wheeling Island Casinos request to amend Table Games MICS section 3.26 Criss Cross Poker, to include section 3.26.11 (c) for an aggregate payout of $50,000 per hand. Approval of hardware and software of licensed or permitted video lottery terminal manufacturers. |
