RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE FY2025 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND AUDIT REPORT FOR WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY; 6. RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE FY2025 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND SINGLE AUDIT COMPIANCE REPORT FOR WVU RESEARCH CORPORATION; 7. POTENTIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER AUTHORITY IN WEST VIRGINIA CODE SECTION 6-9A-4(b)(12): To discuss a legal update from the General Counsel; a report from the Director of Internal Audit, which includes a summary of confidential audit investigations; 8. DISCUSSION EMANATING FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF ANY); and 9.
