| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the April 27, 2022, Board Meeting; Discussion and/or approval of the following: 1) Parkways Annual Audit Services Contract (multiyear) resulting from responses to RFP; 2) Parkways Annual Operating Budget for FY 2022-2023, which includes the Annual Equipment and Purchasing Budget for FY 2023; and, 3) HNTB Annual Report for FY 2022 (draft) and FY 2023 Budget (draft); Discussion and/or approval of the following: 1) WC Workshop Tamarack Staffing Services Agreement Fourth Extension; and, 2) WC Workshop Truckers Showers Agreement Second Extension; Discussion and/or approval of the following: Status Summary of Lease and Operating Agreement between WVPA and Areas USA WVTP, LLC; Comprehensive responses received from AREAS USA counsel on 5/13/2022; Discussion and/or approval of the following: 1) Status summary regarding the purchase of the new Tamarack warehouse facility from American Mine Power Inc. completed on May 6, 2022; Discussion and/or approval of the following contracts: 1) Domain and Email Azure Migration Alvaka Network; 2) BDR-1-22 Rebid Bridge Deck Replacement for Bridge 3008S at Milepost 16.93; 3) HQGC-1-22 Headquarters Gas Canopy; 4) BP-3-22 Bridge Painting for Bridges 3046S, 3076S, 3077N & 3078S; 5) BP-1-23 Bridge Painting for Bridges 3029N, 3029S, 3038N, 3038S, and 3046N; and 6) 1A-22 Pavement Rehabilitation Mill and Inlay of various locations along the Turnpike; Discussion of and possible resolution and ratification of a settlement reached with VIRCO Landing, LLC to settle a five (5) year dispute with a property owner that purchased excess real estate from the Parkways Authority. and, any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote. |
