| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the October 10, 2019 Board Meeting; Approval of Design Funds for Project BWV-1-19 (Beckley West Ventilation Phase 1); Request for approval of a Reimbursement Resolution relating to the anticipated issuance of additional Turnpike Senior Lien Revenue Bonds for further funding to the Roads To Prosperity program; Discussion of and possible decision on the following: 1) Bridge Deck Replacement work by Triton with designs by HNTB on the Beckley Widening Project and 2) the advance by Parkways of CSX Flagging Costs to be reimbursed to Parkways resulting from work done pursuant to the CSXT Construction Agreement dated the 10th day of June, 2019 between CSXT and the Parkways Authority(as agent for the WVDOH) pertaining to the bridge work over the CSX rail line as part of the Beckley Widening Project; The Authority reserves the right to vote by proper motion to go into executive session for appropriate and lawful reasons; and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. |
