Retroactive approval of the execution by David Alvarez, as BOG Vice Chairman, of the June 28, 2019 CliftonLarsonAllen engagement letter addressed to the WVU Audit Committee and Management for agreed-upon procedures for West Virginia University and West Virginia University Research Corporation for the six-month period ending December 31, 2019; 3. Retroactive approval of the execution by David Alvarez, as BOG Vice Chairman, of the July 22, 2019 CliftonLarsonAllen engagement letter addressed to the West Virginia University Board of Governors for audit services for West Virginia University for the year ended June 30, 2019; 4. Report by the VP and Chief Financial Officer; 5. Potential Executive Session under authority in West Virginia Code Sections 6-9A-4(b)(9) and (b)(12) for: a. Report by the General Counsel and b. Report by the Director of Internal Audit (summary of confidential audit investigations - including Internal Audit Office FY2019 Annual Report) - Adjourn from Executive Session; 6. Plans for next meeting in November 2019; 7. Other Business and 8.
