Purpose: PURPOSE: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the June 13, 2019 Board Meeting; Final Ratification of the Parkways Authority Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2019/2020; Ratification, confirmation and adoption of the action of the General Managers decision to authorize an emergency purchase of a replacement Conveyor Dishwasher for Tamarack; Discussion and/or approval of the following: Contract BCS-1-19 Prefab Modular Building for new Customer Service Center in Beckley,WV; Contracts BDR-3-20 and BDR-4-20 Bridge Deck Replacements; Contract MGR-1-19 Median Guardrail Safety Item - Milepost 20.0 to 28.0 Camp Creek Area, Mercer County, WV; Change Order for Guardrail Contract GR-1-18/Year 2; the Board reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote; and other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. |
