Code §6-9A-2(2)(C), an imminent material financial loss or imminent substantial harm to a public agency, its employees or the members of the public which it serves, regarding the announced statewide work stoppage to occur on February 22 and February 23, 2018, affecting schools in all 55 counties, and such other related business as may be required.
