Online Business Filings

New business registration can now be completed online at Business for West Virginia. Online registration provides the advantage of complete one-stop basic business registration, and allows you to complete your filing requirements with the Secretary of State, State Tax Department, Unemployment Compensation and Workers’ Compensation using an online interview and single payment of fees.

Limited liability company annual reports can also be filed online at Business for West Virginia. LLC and PLLC owners may access and update company addresses using the security PIN that will be mailed to the company with the annual report form.
