| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the September 6, 2016 Board Meeting; Request for Proposals for a Market Based Revenue Opportunity (MBRO) Contract to inventory and evaluate assets and to assist the Authority with preparing and awarding a contract for the design and implementation of a MBRO Program; Approval of contract 1-A-16 (pavement rehabilitation from milepost 95.5 to 86.5 southbound), BDR-1-16 and BDR-2-16 (bridge deck replacements at milepost 28.9, Ghent, and 46.9, North Beckley); Change Order to Contract WL-1-15 (change order to complete waterline project for Chelyan Toll Plaza); Approval of funds to meet current Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards for toll system and E-ZPass Customer Service Center operations; Other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. |
