| Purpose: This will be a regular monthly meeting of the TAAFRC. The agenda is below: 1.Roll call and determination of whether a voting quorum is present. 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. No meeting in July or August 3. Financial report. 4. Media items, if any. 5. WTAAF matters dealt with by any TAAFRC member due to outside contact. 6. Status reports regarding uncompleted Projects which have received grant funds: TAF HARDY 14A (WARDENSVILLE) Engineering work complete, contractor is beginning road work. 7-20-2016. We are currently drilling the piers for the tower and the steel is ordered and should be coming in soon. We have reworked the road to the site and have taken the old tower down so that we dont have any major accidents when the new one is put up. We currently are operating with a temporary tower. We are also in the process of getting our licenses for the tower. I am hoping that we can have the bulk of everything finished by the end of September. We are trying to beat the bad weather. Paul Lewis 8-22-2016 TAF MINERAL 15A (PATTERSON CREEK) The core boring work has been completed and GEO report has been received. The Engineering firm is trying to get an answer from the FAA on our application that was submitted four weeks ago. Utility right of way documents are being sent out to land owners for their signature. 7-21-2016. The FAA granted Mineral County approval of our tower height application request and received our ASR from the FCC. Design drawings are nearly completed. Utility right of ways are nearly complete. Bill Hentosh 8-16-16 TAF NICHOLAS 15A (LONETREE) Survey Complete, Core Drilling complete, ready to order tower steel. Joe Gonzalez 7-20-2016. Contract was awarded to Premier Construction last week and a final pre-construction meeting will be held Tuesday, Aug. 23. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, they are anticipating completion not later than Dec. 1. Shawn Wolford, 8-22-2016 TAF JACKSON 15A (SANDYVILLE). The GEO report submitted to Allstate Tower to begin foundation design. Premier Construction ready to order the re-bar for the foundation and schedule the driller. Awaiting final approval on SHPO and THPO. 7-20-2016. Electrical service to the tower site conduit, grading, service entrance panels (meter boxes) installed, survey for drilling foundation for tower legs have been identified, drainage ditch on perimeter of tower site property prepared, access road drainage repaired, and drilling for the tower legs foundation will begin next week. AllState Tower is fabricating the tower at this time and will be sent to be galvanized. Upon completion of this process tower will be delivered. wsiii 8-10-2016 7.Additional items as appropriate.
