| Purpose: 1. Call to Order; 2. Approval of minutes for April 6, 2016 Joint Strategic Plans & Initiatives and Finance and Facilities and Revitalization Committee Meeting and August 30, 2016 Finance and Facilities and Revitalization Committee Meeting; 3. Executive Session, under authority in West Virginia Code Sections 6-9A-4(b)(2)(A), (b)(9), and (b)(12) to discuss: a. Legal, personnel, and deliberative matters; b. Matters not considered public records; and c. Matters related to construction planning, commercial competition matters, the purchase, sale or lease of property, and/or the investment of public funds - Adjourn from Executive Session; 4. Possible discussion and/or action emanating from Executive Session; 5. Board Agenda Items, including Major Capital Projects Update; Report on Real Estate Transactions Fourth Quarter of FY 2015-2016; Name Changes for Potomac State College of West Virginia University Farms and Facilities; and Approval of the West Virginia University Personal Rapid Transit System Title VI Program Update; 6. General Discussion and 7.
