The agenda is below: AGENDA FOR 8-30-2016 TOWER ACCESS ASSISTANCE FUND REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING 1.Roll call and determination of whether a voting quorum is present. 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Financial report. 4. Media items, if any. 5. WTAAF matters dealt with by any TAAFRC member due to outside contact. 6. Status reports regarding uncompleted Projects which have received grant funds: TAF HARDY 14A (WARDENSVILLE) Engineering work complete, contractor is beginning road work. Paul Lewis 7-20-2016. TAF MINERAL 15A (PATTERSON CREEK) The core boring work has been completed and GEO report has been received. The Engineering firm is trying to get an answer from the FAA on our application that was submitted four weeks ago. Utility right of way documents are being sent out to land owners for their signature. Bill Hentosh, 7-21-2016 TAF NICHOLAS 15A (LONETREE) Survey Complete, Core Drilling complete, ready to order tower steel. Joe Gonzalez 7-20-2016 TAF JACKSON 15A (SANDYVILLE). The GEO report submitted to Allstate Tower to begin foundation design. Premier Construction ready to order the re-bar for the foundation and schedule the driller. Awaiting final approval on SHPO and THPO.
