Discussions Emanating from Executive Session; 5. Approval of minutes of the April 15, 2016 Regular Meeting and May 26, 2016 Special Meeting; 6. Committee Reports for: a. June 16, 2016 Audit Committee Meeting; b. June 17, 2016 Finance, Facilities and Revitalization Committee Meeting; c. June 17, 2016 Joint Strategic Plans & Initiatives and Academic Affairs and Accreditation Committee Meeting; and d. Nominating Committee;7. Possible discussion/action related to the 2017 Budget and 2016-2017 Tuition and Fees for West Virginia University; 8. Presidents Report; 9. Information Items (written only) to include a. FY2016 Quarterly Financial Report for Activity through March 31, 2016 and Key Monthly Indicators through March 31, 2016; b. Major Capital Projects Update; c. Real Estate Transactions Third Quarter of FY 2015-2016; and d. Promotion and Tenure Reports; 10. Consent Agenda (for Board Review and Action) to include a. Approval of Undergraduate Program Review Recommendations; b. Approval of Graduate Program Reviews; and c. Approval of West Virginia System Compact Leading the Way (Revised Version); 11. Other Business and General Discussion; 12. Next regular meeting scheduled for September 9, 2016; and 13.
